We are seeking a skilled Paid Social Media Specialist with a strong focus on Google and YouTube advertising to join our dynamic marketing team. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive paid social strategies with a primary focus on Google and YouTube platforms. You will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns to achieve targeted ROI and ROAS, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. Conduct rigorous A/B testing on various creatives, ad formats, and audience segments to continuously improve campaign performance.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with the creative team by providing detailed briefs to designers and copywriters, ensuring that all campaign materials are aligned with strategic objectives. Regularly analyze campaign data to generate insightful reports that highlight performance trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Manage advertising budgets effectively by planning, allocating, and controlling expenditures to maximize campaign efficiency. Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in digital advertising, experimenting with new techniques and implementing industry best practices to keep campaigns competitive and effective.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing paid social campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Google and YouTube advertising platforms. Demonstrated success in real estate paid social advertising, specifically targeting the Indian and Pakistani markets, is essential.

Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is required to monitor and analyze campaign performance accurately. Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is considered an advantage.

An analytical mindset is critical, with a focus on metrics-driven decision-making and structured campaign management. The ability to multitask efficiently, collaborate seamlessly within a team environment, and operate autonomously when needed is also necessary.
