Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support Human Resource Operations. This role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining a robust talent pool. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, HR knowledge, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth hiring process and effective onboarding of new employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating and posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
- Assess applications thoroughly to shortlist candidates who meet the minimum job requirements.
- Develop, review, and update interview questions, presentation tasks, technical assessments, and other evaluation tools to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Coordinate interview schedules efficiently between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels to optimize time and resources.
- Maintain and update an internal talent pool or database of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist with orientation sessions and onboarding activities to ensure new employees have a positive and seamless integration into the organization.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping of employee information in electronic HR systems.
- Oversee daily Human Resource Operations functions, supporting overall HR activities and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices, particularly in outreach, candidate screening, recruitment, and competency-based interviewing techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, to prepare reports and presentations.
- Strong familiarity with HR technology platforms and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines consistently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated discretion and diplomacy when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals across various levels of the organization.
