Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on the detergent powder category. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing retailer orders, driving brand activation, and expanding market presence in the Lahore North side area, specifically from Thokar Niaz Baig to China Scheme. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong sales mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships with retailers to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Take and process orders for detergent powder directly from retailers, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into daily order sheets.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales and order reports to track performance and inventory needs.
- Actively promote and activate the productivity of the new detergent brand, working diligently to achieve and surpass assigned sales targets.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with shop owners and retailers to increase brand visibility and loyalty within the designated territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to implement promotional activities and campaigns that drive product demand.
- Maintain a consistent and professional presence in the field, demonstrating responsibility, dedication, and a sales-driven approach.

Required Qualifications
- Proven field sales experience, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector or specifically in the detergent category.
- In-depth knowledge of the Lahore North side area, with a particular focus on the corridor from Thokar Niaz Baig to China Scheme, enabling effective territory management.
- Strong organizational skills to prepare daily sheets and manage order entries efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with retailers and shop owners.
- A hardworking and responsible attitude with a clear focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to brand growth.
