Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to support our human resources team in managing various HR functions. This role involves assisting with the full recruitment cycle, maintaining employee records, and providing guidance on HR policies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating and posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Provide clear and consistent guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, acting as a reliable point of contact for HR-related inquiries. Support performance management activities by coordinating performance reviews and assisting with the development and implementation of employee development plans.
Administer employee benefits programs, including managing open enrollment periods and addressing employee questions related to benefits. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and internal HR policies to mitigate risk and uphold organizational standards.
Prepare and deliver HR reports and metrics to management, providing insights that support strategic decision-making. Participate actively in various HR initiatives such as training programs, employee engagement surveys, and diversity and inclusion efforts to promote a positive workplace culture.
Handle all confidential and sensitive information with the utmost integrity and discretion, maintaining trust and professionalism at all times.
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws, along with a thorough understanding of HR best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, or ADP is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with employees at all levels and to provide clear guidance on HR matters. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines are critical for success in this role.
