Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and accurately process customer orders via phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online ordering systems.
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries related to the menu, order status, or any other concerns.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and delivery teams to coordinate order preparation and dispatch, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain detailed and organized logs of all customer interactions, including complaints and feedback, to support continuous service improvement.
- Handle customer issues professionally, providing solutions when possible and escalating complex matters to the appropriate management level.
- Keep digital menus, order lists, and shift reports consistently updated to reflect current offerings and operational status.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems, WhatsApp, Microsoft Excel, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools efficiently to manage orders and customer data.
