Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on engaging international clients through virtual meetings. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales meetings with international leads using platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet, ensuring professional and effective communication.
- Present and pitch our publishing services persuasively, with the goal of closing high-value deals that align with client needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s requirements to offer customized publishing solutions that add value.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, managing the sales pipeline efficiently within CRM systems.
- Work closely with creative and writing teams to facilitate seamless client onboarding, ensuring expectations are met and projects start smoothly.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a strong commitment to performance and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency required to engage effectively with international clients.
- Confidence and proficiency in using video conferencing tools such as Zoom and Google Meet, as well as other remote collaboration technologies.
- Strong sales acumen, including advanced techniques in objection handling, persuasion, and closing deals.
- Highly organized and disciplined, with a target-oriented mindset that drives consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Experience with CRM software or sales tracking tools to manage client information and sales pipelines accurately.
