Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Lead to architect and execute comprehensive full-stack growth strategies aimed at driving new user acquisition for our mobile applications. This role focuses on sustainable, organic growth with minimal dependence on paid advertising. The ideal candidate will own the entire user acquisition funnel, optimizing for installs, subscriptions, and retention while leveraging innovative, non-paid growth tactics to expand our global presence, particularly within chronic disease user segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end growth strategies that prioritize organic user acquisition through App Store Optimization (ASO), content marketing, referral programs, and user-generated content (UGC).
- Lead high-impact campaigns targeting chronic disease users across international markets, ensuring relevance and engagement.
- Develop and manage viral growth initiatives such as penetrating health networks, initiating trends, and fostering community-driven growth loops to amplify organic reach.
- Monitor and optimize critical performance metrics including install-to-signup rates, user retention, activation, lifetime value (LTV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct rapid A/B testing on messaging, creative assets, landing pages, and onboarding flows to continuously improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Utilize analytics platforms such as Firebase, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Mixpanel, and other dashboards to analyze user behavior and campaign performance for data-driven decision-making.
- Lead content and social media growth efforts across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, driving engagement and brand visibility.
- Build and manage ambassador and affiliate programs to extend reach and foster community advocacy.
- Collaborate closely with influencers, content creators, and medical professionals to build trust and credibility within target audiences.
- Drive subscription growth and affiliate purchases through optimized conversion funnels.
- Partner with product and technology teams to enhance user experience (UX), ensuring seamless journeys that boost conversion and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in organic growth strategies, including ASO, influencer marketing, referral programs, SEO/SEM, and creating viral content.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, capable of translating complex product features into compelling, emotionally resonant narratives.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimize growth metrics and campaign performance.
- Proficiency in designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests to refine marketing tactics rapidly.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Firebase, GA4, and Mixpanel.
- Demonstrated ability to run social media campaigns and manage influencer partnerships effectively.
- Experience building and scaling ambassador and affiliate marketing programs.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with product, content, design, and technical teams.
