Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by analyzing past sales data, identifying areas for improvement within the sales and recovery processes, and managing the end-to-end logistics of goods from China to our warehouse in Karachi. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a thorough understanding of supply chain logistics to ensure smooth operations and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to review and analyze historical sales data, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate the existing sales and recovery systems to pinpoint weaknesses and recommend actionable improvements to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the logistics process for the transportation of goods from suppliers in China to the Karachi warehouse, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse personnel, to streamline the supply chain and resolve any logistical challenges.
- Monitor inventory levels and shipment schedules to maintain optimal stock availability and support sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales trends, recovery rates, and logistics performance to inform management and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales coordination, data analysis, or logistics management, preferably within a trading or distribution environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify operational gaps.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with international shipping processes, customs regulations, and warehouse management systems.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
