CNC Programmer and Expert

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist and Design Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating wire cut machines, CNC milling machines, and other precision cutting equipment. In addition to machine operation, this role involves designing and programming CNC machines, as well as creating dies and checking fixtures specifically for automotive parts. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and practical skills to ensure high-quality production and efficient manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate wire cut machines, CNC milling machines, and various other cutting tools with precision and efficiency to meet production targets.
- Design and develop CNC machine programs tailored to specific manufacturing requirements, ensuring accuracy and optimal machine performance.
- Create detailed designs for dies and checking fixtures used in the production and quality control of automotive parts.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to refine designs and improve manufacturing workflows.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines and cutting equipment to minimize downtime and maintain consistent output quality.
- Ensure all operations comply with safety standards and company policies.
- Document processes, machine settings, and design specifications for future reference and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience operating wire cut, CNC milling, and other cutting machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in CNC programming and machine setup.
- Demonstrated ability to design dies and checking fixtures, particularly for automotive components.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with cross-functional departments.
