Job Summary
CEQUENS, a leading cloud communication platform specializing in Omni-Channel communication APIs, is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role acts as the critical technical bridge between the sales team and prospective clients, focusing on understanding customer needs and showcasing how CEQUENS’ CPaaS/SaaS solutions—enhanced with advanced AI capabilities—can effectively address those requirements. The ideal candidate will design tailored solutions, deliver impactful demonstrations, and facilitate a seamless handover from pre-sales to implementation. This position requires strong collaboration with sales, product management, and engineering teams to drive customer success and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
Work closely with sales representatives to gather and analyze customer requirements. Present customized solutions that leverage CEQUENS’ CPaaS and SaaS platforms, including AI-powered features, to meet client objectives.
Solution Design:
Develop industry-specific use cases by integrating CEQUENS products into client environments. Design solutions that align with customer workflows and existing systems, ensuring maximum value and efficiency.
Demonstrations & Proof of Concepts (PoCs):
Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations and PoCs that clearly illustrate the benefits and capabilities of CEQUENS solutions, helping clients visualize real-world applications.
Technical Documentation:
Prepare detailed technical proposals, respond to RFPs and RFIs, and develop other sales-supporting documentation. Ensure all technical and business requirements are accurately captured and addressed.
Collaboration:
Serve as the liaison between sales, product management, engineering, and customer success teams. Communicate customer feedback effectively to influence product enhancements and ensure alignment with market needs.
Market Awareness:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging AI technologies relevant to SaaS and CPaaS sectors. Use this insight to inform solution design and sales strategies.
Required Qualifications
Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrated expertise in SaaS and CPaaS architectures, APIs, and integration techniques. Ability to navigate complex technical environments and propose scalable solutions.
AI Knowledge:
Strong understanding of AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and their practical applications within communication platforms.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional ability to engage with C-level executives and technical decision-makers. Skilled in delivering complex technical demonstrations and conducting business-focused workshops.
Technical Background:
Proficiency in prompt engineering and programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Java. Familiarity with web technologies is essential.
Language Skills:
Fluency in both Urdu and English at a professional business level is required to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is mandatory. Advanced degrees or certifications are considered an advantage.
