Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Designer to spearhead the creation and execution of our branding, marketing, digital, and print materials. This role requires a creative visionary who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual concepts that align with strategic campaign objectives. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in mentoring junior designers, ensuring brand consistency, and overseeing projects from initial concept through to final production while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, digital content, and print collateral, ensuring all materials effectively communicate the intended message and resonate with the target audience.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other internal teams to develop innovative visual concepts that support and enhance campaign goals.
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring design excellence across the team.
- Maintain strict brand consistency across all visual touchpoints, safeguarding the integrity and recognition of the brand.
- Manage the entire design workflow, from ideation and concept development to final production, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet established quality standards.
- Stay informed on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand’s visual identity fresh, relevant, and innovative.
Required Qualifications
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a versatile range of design styles and successful projects across branding, marketing, digital, and print media.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with the ability to produce high-quality design work efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
