Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Proposal Writer to join our team. This role focuses on crafting personalized, high-impact proposals tailored to win projects on Upwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, a solid understanding of the video editing and animation industry, and a sales-driven mindset. You will work closely with the project team to ensure proposals accurately reflect our service offerings and contribute to the growth of our client base by setting qualified appointments for the Creative Director.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop customized, compelling proposals from the ground up that effectively communicate our value proposition and increase conversion rates.
- Continuously monitor Upwork job postings, promptly responding to relevant opportunities to maximize outreach.
- Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure proposals are aligned with current service capabilities and client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and progress using ClickUp, ensuring transparency and efficient tracking.
- Identify and qualify potential leads, scheduling appointments for the Creative Director to advance business development efforts.

Required Qualifications
