Vendor Pre-selection

Job Summary
We are seeking qualified vendors to participate in our vendor pre-selection process across multiple categories. This opportunity is ideal for established businesses with a minimum of three years’ experience, particularly those familiar with working alongside NGOs and INGOs. Selected vendors will be eligible to submit quotations for various projects and services, with pre-qualification status valid for two years. The role requires strict adherence to government regulations and operational compliance within Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities
- Submit applications for vendor pre-selection in the following categories:
- Construction: Installation of incinerators, rehabilitation work at Basic Health Unit (BHU) premises including latrine construction, water supply rehabilitation, and general building maintenance.
- Consulting: Provision of services such as trainings, evaluations, publications, event management (including street theatres and video documentaries), air travel agency services, and individual trainers.
- Medical Supplies: Supply of medicines, consumables, and medical equipment.
- Services: Maintenance of hard equipment, vehicle servicing, upkeep of office equipment such as air conditioners and generators, as well as installation of solar panels and related systems.
- Operations Cost: Procurement of IT equipment, office stationery, toner cartridges, printing and visibility materials, household supplies, tea, and cleaning items.
- Relief Items: Supply of hygiene kits, infant kits, mosquito bed nets, and office furniture.
- Transporters: Provision of rental vehicles and armored vehicle services.

- Participate actively in Request for Quotations (RFQs) following successful pre-qualification notification, which remains valid for two years.

Required Qualifications
- Full compliance with all applicable government regulations governing business operations in Pakistan.
- Established business operations continuously maintained within Pakistan.
- Valid registration and licensing with the relevant government authorities.
- Functional office setup and official work permissions within Pakistan.
- Registered taxpayer status in Pakistan.
- No history or declaration of ineligibility due to corrupt or fraudulent practices.
- Minimum of three years of vendor experience in the relevant category.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs) is highly advantageous.
- Vendors who meet the pre-qualification criteria will gain access to a broad range of procurement opportunities over a two-year period, enhancing business growth and partnership potential.
