Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions by adhering to best practices in software engineering. Key Responsibilities
- Develop clean, efficient, and reusable code by following established software engineering principles, including conducting thorough code reviews and implementing unit testing.
- Partner with product owners to fully understand detailed requirements and take ownership of the entire development lifecycle—from design and implementation to automated testing and final delivery.
- Design intuitive software solutions that are easy to use and allow customers to extend and customize functionality according to their specific needs.
- Contribute actively to the creation and enhancement of new products and features, as well as improving the current product suite to meet evolving user demands.
- Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in integrating or critically evaluating the use of AI technologies within work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This includes familiarity with AI-powered tools, workflow automation, or analyzing AI-driven insights.
- Proficiency in Java or a comparable object-oriented programming language, with a strong foundation in software development principles.
- A genuine passion for JavaScript and modern web technologies, with an emphasis on building reusable components and modular architectures.
- Solid understanding of core computer science concepts such as data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and considerations for performance and scalability.
