Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely IT support and troubleshooting, maintaining hardware, software, and network systems, and assisting with system upgrades and data backups. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive IT support and troubleshooting to resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
