Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain modern web applications that are scalable, secure, and high-performing. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, with a focus on developing RESTful APIs and microservices within a modular monolith architecture. This role requires collaboration across engineering teams, product managers, DevOps, and stakeholders to deliver reliable software solutions aligned with industry best practices and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js, alongside backend technologies including Node.js, Python, or PHP.
- Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to support scalable and maintainable software systems.
- Apply modular monolith design patterns to manage large-scale software architecture effectively.
- Ensure applications meet high standards of security, performance, and scalability.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Contribute to architectural decisions that enhance system reliability and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, DevOps, and UI/UX designers to meet project goals and user experience standards.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain and improve code quality and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software reliability.
- Work alongside QA engineers to identify and resolve issues prior to deployment.
- Align development processes with ISO 9001 quality standards and implement security best practices throughout the software lifecycle.
- Assist in setting up and optimizing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support deployment, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and cloud environment maintenance.
- Maintain cloud-based infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Prepare and update technical documentation and lead knowledge-sharing sessions to support team growth.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering skill development and best practices within the team.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with frontend frameworks including React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar technologies.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase).
- Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of application security best practices, performance tuning, and scalability considerations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
