UI/UX Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the UX/UI Team Lead and management in crafting innovative, user-centered design concepts that enhance our product offerings. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the UX/UI Team Lead and management to develop high-level design concepts for various projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Create detailed designs and prototypes that clearly communicate the intended user experience to the product team, enabling them to understand and implement the vision effectively.
- Continuously monitor market usability trends and emerging design techniques, sharing valuable insights and creative ideas with the team to foster innovation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to existing design and development processes.
- Promote a human-centered design approach and encourage a culture of collaboration and open communication within the organization.
- Operate effectively within an Agile development framework, articulating design ideas clearly to engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools, including Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other relevant graphic and wireframing software.
- Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically, showing initiative, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
- A strong passion for visual design challenges, coupled with the capability to generate multiple design solutions and iterate based on feedback.
- A portfolio showcasing your design thinking process and experience working on digital platforms, highlighting your ability to create user-centered designs.
