Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Proposal Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, crafting tailored proposals that resonate with client needs, and fostering strong client relationships to ensure project success and retention. This role requires excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of IT services, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough searches on Upwork and similar freelance platforms to identify projects that align with our expertise and capabilities.
- Develop customized, compelling proposals that address each client’s specific requirements and demonstrate our value proposition effectively.
- Engage in clear and professional communication with potential clients to gain a deep understanding of their project goals and expectations.
- Follow up diligently on submitted proposals to nurture leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
- Collaborate closely with the project delivery team to ensure proposals are aligned with current capabilities and realistic timelines.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients post-project to encourage repeat business and high client retention rates.

Required Qualifications
- Exceptional written English skills, with a strong ability to write persuasive and well-structured proposals.
- Solid knowledge of IT services, including but not limited to web development, graphic and UI/UX design, mobile application development, and digital marketing.
- Proven ability to meet targets and adhere to deadlines consistently.
- Self-driven and proactive mindset, capable of working independently and managing multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with project management and communication tools such as ClickUp, Discord, or CRM systems is advantageous and will help streamline collaboration and client management.
