Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing client interactions, bookings, and daily operations at our sports academy. Key Responsibilities
As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, greeting them warmly and assisting with their needs. You will manage court and coaching class bookings through various channels including in-person, phone, and online platforms, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling. Providing clear and detailed information about programs, schedules, fees, and ongoing promotions is a critical part of the role.
You will handle rescheduling and cancellations promptly while addressing any client queries with professionalism. Collecting payments for classes, court bookings, and on-site purchases will require accuracy and trustworthiness. Maintaining daily cash collection records and preparing end-of-day financial reports are key responsibilities to ensure transparency and accountability.
Inventory management is also part of your duties, including monitoring equipment and supply levels and coordinating restocking with vendors to avoid shortages. You will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the booking office and surrounding areas to create a welcoming environment.
Monitoring daily facility usage and promptly reporting any maintenance or safety concerns is essential to uphold operational standards. Supporting coaches and staff with logistics and client coordination will help facilitate smooth program delivery. You will also ensure that all signage, brochures, and informational materials are current and attractively displayed.
Collaboration with the coaching team to update class schedules and availability is necessary to keep clients well-informed. Gathering and sharing client feedback with management will contribute to ongoing service improvements. Additionally, you will assist during academy events, tournaments, and promotional activities, providing logistical support as needed.
