Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team, providing exceptional service across multiple communication platforms. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally via Email, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, and phone calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage a fast-paced environment, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure satisfaction and positive engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries across various platforms including Email, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, and telephone calls.
- Communicate clearly and professionally to resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and positive experience.
- Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-moving environment without compromising quality or professionalism.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers, building rapport and trust through every interaction.
- Apply a foundational understanding of beauty and skincare products to assist customers with relevant information and guidance, enhancing their overall experience.
- Maintain consistent efficiency and professionalism while navigating different customer engagement channels, adapting communication style as needed to suit each platform.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a multi-channel environment.
