Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries across various platforms including Email, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, and telephone calls.
- Communicate clearly and professionally to resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and positive experience.
- Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-moving environment without compromising quality or professionalism.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers, building rapport and trust through every interaction.
- Apply a foundational understanding of beauty and skincare products to assist customers with relevant information and guidance, enhancing their overall experience.
- Maintain consistent efficiency and professionalism while navigating different customer engagement channels, adapting communication style as needed to suit each platform.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a multi-channel environment.
