Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the development and management of our brand identity, positioning, and messaging. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong creative flair who can execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, print, radio, out-of-home (OOH), and trade platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with creative and media teams to produce compelling brand content, while continuously analyzing market trends and competitor activity to ensure our brand remains competitive and relevant.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and market positioning.
- Plan, execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels such as social media, print, radio, OOH, and trade events, ensuring cohesive messaging and maximum impact.
- Work collaboratively with creative and media teams to produce engaging and effective brand content that resonates with target audiences.
- Conduct thorough competitor benchmarking and market trend analysis to identify opportunities and threats, informing strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to branding initiatives, using data-driven insights to recommend and implement optimization strategies.
- Ensure branding efforts are aligned internally with cross-functional teams and externally with partners and vendors to maintain brand consistency and strengthen market presence.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing brand identity and executing integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.
- Strong proficiency with digital marketing platforms and traditional branding channels, demonstrating versatility in approach.
- Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Suite to measure campaign effectiveness and guide strategy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with creative teams, media partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time.
- Creative thinking skills with a strategic mindset to develop innovative branding solutions that drive engagement and growth.
