Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manual Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough manual testing to identify bugs and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. This role requires close collaboration with developers, project managers, and clients to maintain rigorous quality standards throughout the development lifecycle. Experience with Python (Django) and React, along with a solid understanding of testing methodologies, is essential. The ability to support automation testing efforts and participate in client discussions will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive manual testing to detect defects and verify software functionality against requirements.
- Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans and test cases to ensure thorough coverage of features and functionalities.
- Accurately report identified issues, track their progress, and verify resolutions to maintain product quality.
- Work collaboratively with developers and project managers to uphold high-quality standards and facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Assist in automation testing initiatives where applicable, contributing to the enhancement of testing efficiency.
- Engage in client meetings to understand requirements, provide testing updates, and clarify any quality-related concerns.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python, specifically within the Django framework, and experience working with React applications.
- Strong background in manual testing with a proven track record of identifying and documenting bugs effectively.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or comparable platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Swagger and Postman to validate backend services.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate issues clearly and collaborate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure the delivery of reliable software products.
- Experience working within Agile development environments, adapting quickly to fast-paced and iterative workflows.
- Fluency in English is required to facilitate clear communication across teams and with clients.
