Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team. This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that job advertisements are effectively optimized, candidates are thoroughly screened, and interviews are seamlessly coordinated. The ideal candidate will also support onboarding activities, maintain confidential employee records, and assist with various HR administrative tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize job postings across multiple recruitment platforms to attract high-quality candidates. This includes crafting compelling job advertisements and monitoring their performance to maximize reach and engagement.
- Review and screen incoming applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications and fit the company culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing and organizing essential documentation for new hires, facilitating a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and manage confidential employee records accurately within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and security.
- Prepare HR-related documents and reports, ensuring all activities comply with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Assist in responding to employee inquiries promptly and support various training initiatives as required to foster employee development and engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail, enabling efficient management of multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for interacting with candidates, employees, and management effectively.
- Basic understanding of HR systems and employment laws is advantageous, helping to ensure compliance and smooth HR operations.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
