Associate Product Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Coordinator to support our product management team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing project workflows, facilitating Agile processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple departments. This position requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive product success.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and regularly update Jira and Asana boards to accurately track tasks, project milestones, and overall progress.
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing product requirements to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with design, development, QA, and marketing teams to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with product goals and timelines.
- Support the execution of Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning sessions, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, to maintain team productivity and continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation such as Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Product Charters, and Wireframes to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor product performance metrics and provide actionable insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize product outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working with Jira and familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective collaboration across diverse teams.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
