Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in leasing treatment rooms and shared clinic spaces to medical professionals. This role involves managing the entire sales process, from identifying potential clients to closing agreements, while fostering strong relationships within the healthcare community. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical-related sales and a deep understanding of the regulatory environment surrounding private medical practices.
Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to rent out treatment rooms and shared clinic spaces to a diverse range of local doctors, aesthetic professionals, and therapists. You will manage the full sales pipeline, which includes lead generation, nurturing prospects, conducting tours, and closing deals. Tours of the clinic spaces will be conducted both in-person and virtually, requiring excellent presentation skills and the ability to tailor the experience to each prospect’s needs.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with medical professionals and clinic managers is essential. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding their requirements and ensuring the clinic spaces meet their expectations. Staying updated on zoning laws, licensing requirements, and other regulatory compliance issues relevant to private medical practices is critical to ensure all leases and operations align with legal standards.
Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting progress regularly and managing leads efficiently using CRM systems or other tracking tools to maintain an organized and transparent sales process.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven sales experience within medical co-working spaces, clinic leasing, hospital marketing, or real estate sales with a healthcare focus. A solid understanding of key medical hubs and their dynamics is necessary to effectively target and engage potential clients.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu are required to interact seamlessly with a diverse client base. The role demands a self-motivated and target-driven individual who is comfortable working independently and managing their own pipeline without constant supervision.
