Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on designing a wide range of marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand and engage our audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the restaurant or food industry is a plus, as is a passion for creating visually compelling content that supports marketing campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop various marketing materials including menus, posters, flyers, digital advertisements, and packaging. Your work will play a crucial role in shaping our brand’s visual identity and attracting customers. You will also be responsible for creating engaging social media content and promotional graphics that resonate with our target audience and enhance our online presence.

Maintaining brand consistency across all design outputs is essential. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure that all creative assets align with campaign goals and event requirements. Additionally, capturing and editing basic food photography and short video content is encouraged, although not mandatory, to further enrich our marketing materials.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, design skills, and a variety of completed projects is essential to illustrate your capabilities. You should have a solid understanding of social media trends and digital marketing visuals to create content that is both current and impactful.

The ability to manage multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment is critical. Previous experience as a Graphic Designer is required, with preference given to those who have worked within the restaurant or food industry. This background will help you better understand the unique demands and aesthetics of food-related marketing.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
