Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and versatile Digital Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with digital marketing and social media teams to create visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity and supports marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with digital marketing and social media teams to develop high-quality visual content that reflects brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Design engaging graphics for a variety of digital platforms, including social media posts, websites, email campaigns, landing pages, UI/UX components, and digital advertisements.
- Translate marketing strategies into visually appealing design solutions that effectively drive user engagement and enhance the customer experience.
- Create wireframes, UI mockups, and user flows for both web and mobile platforms using Figma, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Edit short-form videos, reels, and animated content tailored for digital campaigns, enhancing overall visual storytelling.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, overseeing each from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Stay informed about the latest design trends, UI/UX best practices, and evolving social media visual standards to keep content fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and video editing tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Strong expertise in Figma for designing wireframes, mockups, and user flows.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, including visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive design techniques.
- Experience in video editing and animation, particularly for social media content, to create engaging and dynamic visuals.
- Excellent skills in visual storytelling and conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling designs.
