Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with strong expertise in digital and motion graphics to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and animated content across multiple digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital ads. This role demands a creative professional who can balance artistic innovation with strategic marketing goals while maintaining brand consistency and meeting tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design eye-catching graphics for digital advertisements, websites, landing pages, and social media channels.
- Produce animated graphics and short-form videos tailored for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit and enhance promotional and branded video content to maximize engagement and brand impact.
- Develop visually appealing assets for email marketing campaigns and newsletters to drive customer engagement.
- Create diverse marketing materials including infographics, banners, presentations, and event collateral.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, web development, and content creation to deliver cohesive campaigns and projects.
Required Qualifications
- Proven graphic design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and digital content creation.
- Experience designing for email campaigns, newsletters, digital advertisements, and motion graphics projects.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles to create user-friendly and visually effective digital designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative innovation with strategic objectives and strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in industry-standard graphic and digital design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva Pro.
- Skilled in video and animation software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, and optionally Final Cut Pro.
- Strong knowledge of color theory, typography, branding, brochure design, animation, and video editing techniques.
- Web and app development skills are a plus but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
- Basic knowledge of 3D animation software such as Blender or Cinema 4D is advantageous.
- Illustration skills that complement graphic design work.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Display Network, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with SEO principles as they relate to content graphics to enhance digital visibility.
