Intern - Business Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between clients, business stakeholders, design, and development teams. This role demands strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. The Business Analyst will work across various project methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
- Develop clear and detailed documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and user journey maps to ensure all parties have a shared understanding of project goals.
- Design mockups and wireframes that visually represent requirements and support alignment between business needs and design concepts.
- Serve as a liaison between business, design, and development teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, facilitating smooth communication and mutual understanding.
- Manage and clarify requirements to prevent misunderstandings and ensure the client’s vision is accurately translated into deliverables.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, adapting to the project management methodology in use.
- Support Quality Assurance (QA) teams by validating that the final deliverables meet the documented business requirements and standards.

Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working within Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience using wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma to create mockups, flow diagrams, and basic UI/UX representations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively document requirements and facilitate discussions among diverse teams.
- Basic technical knowledge that enables effective collaboration with developers and designers, ensuring feasibility and clarity of requirements.
