Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to efficiently move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse or storage facility. This role requires a strong focus on safety, organization, and teamwork to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely handling of inventory.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to transport goods throughout the warehouse or storage areas, ensuring careful handling to prevent damage.
- Load and unload products from trucks, containers, and other delivery vehicles, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Stack and organize inventory in designated locations to optimize space and facilitate easy access.
- Perform thorough inspections of forklift equipment before and after each use to verify safety and operational condition.
- Adhere strictly to warehouse safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate the movement and storage of goods, supporting overall workflow.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a forklift operator in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Valid forklift operator license or certification demonstrating competency and compliance with safety standards.
- Proficient in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other common warehouse equipment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management and safety procedures.
- Physical capability to lift heavy items and remain on feet for extended periods, demonstrating stamina and strength.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory and streamline processes is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures will be considered an advantage.
