Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with expertise in React.js to design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable web interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for creating modern, visually appealing, and user-friendly UI components using Tailwind CSS. This role requires close collaboration with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless, high-performance user experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web interfaces using React.js, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Implement modern, visually appealing, and user-friendly UI components leveraging Tailwind CSS.
- Collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers and backend developers to create seamless and high-performance applications.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and manage efficient data flow between frontend and backend systems.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability to enhance user experience.
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best development practices and standards.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, code reviews, and daily team meetings.
- Utilize version control systems like Git and platforms including GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket for source code management.

Required Qualifications
- Proficient in React.js with a solid understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
- Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS to build modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
- Strong knowledge of core web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Familiarity with module bundlers and build tools such as Vite, Webpack, or similar technologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments, contributing to iterative and collaborative workflows.
- Comfortable using task management and collaboration tools like Jira, Trello, or equivalent platforms.
- Proficient in version control practices using Git and related platforms for code collaboration and deployment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Knowledge of TypeScript to enhance code quality and maintainability is a plus.
- Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) frameworks or techniques is advantageous.
