Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiter to manage bulk hiring across multiple departments including Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Call Center, Human Resources, and Accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to source, screen, and onboard a large volume of candidates efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively with various teams to meet recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute bulk recruitment drives for diverse roles such as Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service Representatives, Call Center Agents, Human Resources, and Accountants.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a wide pool of qualified candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus recruitment.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and tailor recruitment processes accordingly.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and facilitating offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports to track hiring progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transition and integration of new hires into the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously enhance hiring strategies and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in bulk hiring or high-volume recruitment, preferably across multiple functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, HR, and Accounting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and other recruitment tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
