Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in communication tools and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and company procedures accurately.
