Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Final Expense Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage inbound leads generated by our marketing and sales teams, presenting tailored insurance solutions to clients. Your primary focus will be to understand client needs, build trust, and effectively communicate the benefits of our Final Expense Life Insurance policies. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and leads provided by the marketing and sales departments promptly and professionally.
- Present and sell Final Expense Life Insurance policies by clearly explaining product features and benefits tailored to each client’s unique situation.
- Assess client needs through active listening, build rapport, and recommend the most appropriate insurance plans to meet their financial and personal requirements.
- Address and overcome objections with confidence, providing clear explanations to help clients make informed decisions.
- Close sales effectively while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales manager to align on goals, share insights, and optimize sales strategies.
- Consistently achieve and strive to exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to persuade and influence clients over the phone.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients in a remote sales environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to ethical sales practices.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals in a similar insurance or financial services role.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and maintain detailed records accurately.
