Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing and Lead Generation Assistant to support our sales and marketing efforts. In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning, executing, and monitoring email campaigns aimed at generating leads and nurturing client relationships. You will also assist in managing CRM tools, maintaining sales pipelines, and ensuring the health and deliverability of our email domains. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and ongoing monitoring of email marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and client engagement.
- Manage and update CRM tools to track leads, maintain accurate sales pipelines, and record all interactions with prospects and clients.
- Monitor email domain health by tracking sender reputation and implementing best practices to avoid spam traps, ensuring high deliverability rates.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and uncover new business opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and outreach materials to support the sales team in engaging prospects.
- Support follow-up activities, including scheduling meetings and nurturing ongoing client relationships to drive conversion and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external prospects.
- Experience managing email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of lead generation strategies and familiarity with CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and customer data.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides, for data management and presentation preparation.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a keen eagerness to learn and apply best practices in business development and email marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of email authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC is a plus, helping to maintain domain reputation and improve email deliverability.
