Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Customer Support Specialist to promote, sell, and provide exceptional service for our specialized chemical and lubricant products. This role involves working closely with clients across diverse industries, ensuring their needs are met while expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to quickly grasp new products and industry processes, and a commitment to building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell specialized chemical and lubricant products to a broad range of clients in various industries.
- Deliver outstanding customer support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new customers for both existing and newly launched products.
- Prepare and submit regular activity reports to management, detailing sales progress, customer interactions, and market insights.
- Quickly learn and understand new products, industry trends, and client processes to effectively tailor sales approaches and support.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of daily activities and reports.

- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, sufficient for preparing detailed daily reports and correspondence.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and reporting responsibilities efficiently.
