Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Market Representative to manage and enhance the presence of car and bike listings from assigned dealerships on our platform. Key Responsibilities
The Market Representative will regularly visit assigned markets to ensure that car and bike listings from designated dealers are accurate, up-to-date, and compelling on our platform. A critical part of the role is conducting comprehensive training sessions for dealership owners and sales agents, enabling them to effectively utilize platform applications and tools. This hands-on training ensures dealerships maximize their visibility and sales potential.
In addition to training, the representative will provide ongoing strategic advice to dealerships, helping them improve the quality and appeal of their listings. This consultative approach aims to drive increased sales and enhance dealer satisfaction. Collaboration is also key, as the role requires working closely with sales and key account teams to identify opportunities and optimize revenue generation within the assigned area.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear customer-centric mindset. Persistence, a strong work ethic, and a passion for achieving measurable results are essential traits for success in this role. Familiarity with the local market’s cars and bikes is highly advantageous, enabling better engagement with dealerships and more effective advice.
