Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute comprehensive digital strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive lead generation across both paid and organic channels. Key Responsibilities

- Pitch creative, brand-aligned content ideas to media outlets and influencers. Manage media relations and identify strategic opportunities for brand exposure, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Monitor and safeguard the brand’s online reputation by acting as the digital voice across platforms and communities.
- Engage directly with the audience by building community rapport and responding thoughtfully to comments, direct messages, and online conversations.
- Analyze digital performance metrics regularly to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
- Stay informed about the latest digital trends, social media platform updates, and cultural moments to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging.
Required Qualifications
- Proven portfolio showcasing content creation skills, particularly in humanized storytelling and video production.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, digital engagement tactics, and audience behavior.
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns using platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere.
- Strategic media insight with the capability to identify and capitalize on public relations and brand growth opportunities.
- Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
