Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Specialist to design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs that support employee growth and organizational objectives. This role involves identifying skill gaps, collaborating with department leaders, and delivering tailored learning solutions across various roles and levels. Key Responsibilities
- Assess training needs by analyzing current job roles and anticipating future organizational growth requirements.
- Partner with department heads and team leads to ensure development programs address identified skill gaps and align with business goals.
- Develop structured learning paths customized for employees at different levels and functions within the company.
- Design, deliver, and oversee internal training courses that meet specific departmental needs, ensuring content is relevant and impactful.
- Create and manage engaging eLearning courses using Google Classroom, focusing on interactive and user-friendly content delivery.
- Research and recommend external educational opportunities such as courses, certifications, and workshops that complement internal training efforts.
- Manage the entire course development lifecycle, including content creation, selection of delivery methods, and conducting post-training evaluations to measure success.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of learning programs through participant feedback, performance metrics, and assessment outcomes.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in learning and development to continuously enhance training initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities and analyze feedback to produce insightful reports and analytics.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-learning content creation and delivering training programs.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all training materials and activities.
- Proficiency with e-learning platforms and tools, particularly Google Classroom, to develop and manage online courses.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
