UI/UX Management Trainee

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to lead the entire design process from initial discovery through to final delivery. The ideal candidate will create user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and consistent with brand standards. This role requires a strong ability to translate user insights and client requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs. You will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable design systems while collaborating closely with Product and Technology teams to enhance digital product experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes, managing projects from discovery phases through to delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.
- Design user interfaces that are visually engaging, intuitive, and adhere to established brand guidelines.
- Translate user research findings and client briefs into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final design assets.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems that support consistency and efficiency across multiple projects.
- Collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Developers to improve the overall user experience of digital products.
- Manage client design tasks on a project basis, maintaining clear communication and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Enhance user interfaces by focusing on visual hierarchy, layout, spacing, and responsiveness to ensure seamless experiences across various devices.
- Create compelling visual content tailored for social media platforms to support marketing and engagement efforts.
- Assist in the development and upkeep of content calendars to coordinate design and social media activities.
- Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator to produce design deliverables.
- Balance creativity with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Communicate design concepts and progress clearly within cross-functional teams and under tight deadlines.
- Apply knowledge of UX research methodologies to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance skills and output quality.

Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in UI/UX design demonstrated through a strong and diverse portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of UX research methods and the ability to integrate insights into design solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage client expectations.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to create responsive designs that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
- A keen eye for detail and a balance of creativity and practicality in design execution.
