Principal UX Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to transform ideas, business goals, and creative visions into seamless, engaging user experiences across multiple platforms. This role requires a design leader who can manage the entire design lifecycle—from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery—while championing user-centric methodologies and best practices. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business objectives and drive impactful design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Translate complex concepts, business objectives, and research findings into clear, intuitive, and delightful user experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms. Lead the end-to-end design process by gathering requirements, conducting user research, and creating information architecture diagrams, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

Advocate for UX best practices and design thinking throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that user-centric methodologies are embedded in every phase. Deliver high-quality design outputs on schedule, supporting sprint cycles in an agile environment without compromising consistency or brand standards.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between user needs and business goals. Use data-driven insights and partner with research teams to validate design solutions, continuously refining the user experience based on behavioral data and feedback.

Establish and maintain cohesive design standards and brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring a unified UX strategy. Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and design excellence within the team.

Required Qualifications
Proven ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive and user-friendly experiences. Demonstrated deep empathy for users paired with a strong product mindset, ensuring designs meet both user and business needs.

Expertise in ideation, wireframing, user flows, information architecture, and prototyping at both high- and low-fidelity levels. Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Experience delivering responsive, cross-platform designs within an agile development environment. Strong analytical skills to interpret user data, behavioral insights, and metrics that inform and validate design decisions.

Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address user experience challenges before they arise. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Experience working within complex ecosystems and collaborating across global teams is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
