Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models that address specific business challenges. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models tailored to meet business objectives using Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Utilize data manipulation and analysis tools such as Pandas and NumPy to clean, transform, and analyze large and complex datasets, ensuring data integrity and quality throughout the entire data pipeline—from collection to processing and analysis.

Apply machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data preprocessing techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex data. Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns that support strategic decision-making. Deploy models efficiently on cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure, managing computational resources effectively.

Leverage containerization technologies like Docker to create scalable, reproducible environments for model development and deployment. Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate machine learning solutions seamlessly into products and systems. Manage the deployment and ongoing monitoring of models in production to ensure they maintain high performance and reliability.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture within the team. Stay current with emerging AI and machine learning technologies, contributing to research and innovation efforts.

Required Qualifications
