SQA Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Apply industry-standard software QA methodologies, tools, and processes to maintain and improve product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Identify, document, and report software defects in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to facilitate timely resolution by development teams.
- Develop detailed, well-structured test plans and test scripts that cover all aspects of the software, ensuring thorough validation of features and functionalities.
- Execute a variety of testing types, including functional testing to verify software behavior against requirements, and non-functional testing such as performance, usability, and reliability assessments. Black-box testing techniques should be employed to evaluate the software without knowledge of its internal code structure.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on quality issues.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills by guiding junior QA team members, coordinating testing activities, and contributing to process improvements that enhance overall team efficiency and product quality.
- Communicate effectively across teams and levels of the organization, ensuring transparency in testing progress, defect status, and quality metrics.

- Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
