Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Lead Generation Team and leverage your personal networks to nurture and mature leads. You will serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities to expand our product offerings. Your ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals will be key to driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a strategic mindset focused on client retention, cross-selling, and up-selling, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with the Lead Generation Team to mature incoming leads and convert them into loyal clients. Utilize your personal network to identify and engage potential customers.
- Act as the main liaison for existing clients, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional SaaS products that align with client needs, thereby increasing account value.
- Schedule and conduct engaging product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value propositions and features of our SaaS solutions.
- Prepare and present persuasive proposals tailored to prospective clients, highlighting how our solutions meet their business challenges.
- Develop and implement effective strategies aimed at retaining key accounts and minimizing client churn, ensuring long-term partnership success.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation, client acquisition, and retention.
- Stay well-informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and broader market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular, detailed reports on sales activities, account status, and progress toward achieving sales goals to management.
- Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients to successfully close deals while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to support broader business development initiatives and ensure alignment across departments.

Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in lead generation, account management, and sales techniques, including cross-selling and up-selling.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client information and track sales activities efficiently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, persuasive presentations to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships by understanding and addressing their business needs.
- Solid knowledge of the market landscape and current industry trends to anticipate client requirements and competitive challenges.
