Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee the entire logistics process from sourcing through to delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations while maintaining strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and freight partners. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and resolve any logistics-related challenges promptly. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all logistics operations, including sourcing, transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain flow.
- Oversee transportation activities, ensuring shipments are tracked and monitored for timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Maintain and nurture strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and freight partners to optimize logistics performance and service quality.
- Proactively identify and resolve any logistics-related issues, including delays, discrepancies, or compliance concerns, to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of operational integrity.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, shipment statuses, and delivery documentation to support transparency and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve logistics processes and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners.
