Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both internal and external inventory audits, ensuring accuracy in stock records, and supporting after-sales audit processes. This role requires close collaboration with sales, warehouse, and accounts departments to maintain seamless inventory operations and uphold strict control procedures. The successful candidate will play a vital role in verifying product returns, service claims, and reconciling physical stock with system data to minimize discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive internal and external inventory audits to verify stock accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Manage after-sales audit activities, including the verification of product returns and service claims to ensure validity and proper documentation.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date stock records, performing regular physical inventory counts to support accurate reporting.
- Monitor inventory movement closely, reconciling system records with actual stock levels to identify and resolve inconsistencies.
- Report any discrepancies found during audits promptly and enforce established inventory control procedures to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams to facilitate smooth inventory operations and resolve any cross-departmental issues.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by the manager, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to team objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and audit methodologies, with proven experience in conducting detailed audits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory tracking.
- Familiarity with Odoo software or similar ERP systems to manage inventory records and streamline audit processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate stock data and identify discrepancies.
- Ability to communicate clearly and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure effective inventory control.
