Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to manage all accounting functions within our ERP system, with a specialized focus on export operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and seamless coordination between customers, banks, and freight forwarders. This position requires a proactive individual who can analyze financial data to drive improvements in export efficiency and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all accounting activities within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial data entry and reporting.
- Prepare and handle export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, to facilitate smooth international shipments.
- Coordinate closely with customers, banks, and freight forwarders to ensure all export operations are executed efficiently and without delays.
- Ensure full compliance with accounting standards and relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in financial regulations.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements to provide insights into the company’s financial health.
- Identify financial trends and areas for operational improvement through detailed data analysis.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing export process efficiency and reducing associated costs, contributing to overall business growth.
