Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Representative to join our team. This role focuses on building and nurturing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, including doctors, hospital staff, and clinics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility and service engagement through strategic marketing initiatives, direct outreach, and digital platforms. This position requires excellent communication skills, confidence in public engagement, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Local travel will be necessary to effectively execute outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with doctors, hospital personnel, clinics, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, deliver presentations, and perform outreach visits, including door-to-door marketing when required, to promote services and build brand awareness.
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving engagement with target audiences.
- Manage and expand the organization’s social media presence across various platforms, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
- Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities and partnership channels to broaden reach and enhance service offerings.
- Organize and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and awareness drives to support organizational goals and community engagement.
- Prepare and provide regular reports detailing progress, achievements, and areas for improvement related to marketing targets and initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences including healthcare professionals.
- Strong personal presentation skills and self-assurance in public speaking and engagement activities.
- Proficiency in social media marketing and digital outreach tools to effectively manage online presence and campaigns.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally as needed to support outreach and marketing efforts.
