Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Engagement Specialist to manage and enhance our brand presence across multiple social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with our online communities, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful relationships with followers to boost organic engagement. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering timely, professional responses that reflect our brand values.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring consistent and engaging communication.
- Creatively engage with users and online communities by commenting and interacting in ways that enhance brand visibility and encourage organic growth.
- Utilize relevant hashtags, trending topics, and strategic interactions to increase organic engagement and expand our social media reach.
- Manage and monitor reviews on our Google Business Profile, responding to both positive and negative feedback professionally and promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with followers and potential brand advocates, fostering loyalty and community around the brand.
- Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports analyzing engagement metrics and sentiment to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team by sharing valuable customer insights gathered from social interactions to support content planning and campaign development.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.
- Comfortable and experienced in using major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Proven experience managing Google Reviews and Google Business Profile effectively.
- Strong creative engagement abilities, particularly in crafting thoughtful comments and replies that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to managing online interactions and community engagement.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is a plus and will be advantageous in streamlining workflow.
- Knowledge or a genuine passion for the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering), hospitality, or kitchenware industries will be highly valued, as it will enable deeper connection with the target audience.
