Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and proactive Floor Supervisor to lead our store team and ensure seamless daily operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of customer service, staff performance, inventory management, and store presentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a customer-centric mindset to create a welcoming and efficient shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee and support the floor staff to maximize their performance and foster effective teamwork. You will regularly monitor stock levels and collaborate closely with the inventory team to ensure timely replenishment of products. Maintaining attractive product displays, cleanliness, and overall store presentation will be essential to enhance the customer experience.

You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, addressing them promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Training and mentoring new floor staff will also be a key part of your role, helping them quickly adapt to store procedures and uphold our standards.

Additionally, you will prepare daily sales and performance reports for management, providing insights into store operations. Enforcing store policies and safety procedures is critical to maintaining a secure and compliant workplace for both staff and customers.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of Intermediate. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to effectively manage and motivate the team. A flexible approach to working hours is required, including availability for weekends and holidays, to meet the store’s operational needs.

A customer-oriented mindset combined with excellent problem-solving abilities will enable you to handle various situations professionally and maintain a positive shopping environment.

Job Details
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs32,000 to Rs38,000 per month. The role requires working on-site at the store location.
